On November 28, the celebration of the 50th anniversary of Jiangsu Sea-Lion Machinery Co., Ltd. was grandly held at the Sea-Lion Industrial Campus. Lu Chongmin, Deputy Mayor of Zhangjiagang City, Huang Xiangliang, Secretary of the Party Committee of Yueyu Town, Liu Anjiang, Chairman of China Light Industry Machinery Association, and Pan Wei, Director of China General Chamber of Commerce Laundry and Dyeing Industry Committee and more than 400 representatives from industry associations, industrial laundries, customers and industry media across the country attended the celebration.

Sea-Lion will keep the original intention in mind and move forward. In the future, Sea-Lion will focus on the new generation of information technology, aim at the world's advanced level, strengthen the overall bench-marking with world-class enterprises, strengthen the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements, strive to achieve the transformation and upgrading from "single machine" to "complete set", provide customers at home and abroad with system solutions integrating design, construction, product manufacturing and installation, and open a new market space.

Mr. Chen Hong, Chairman of Jiangsu Sea-Lion made a detailed report on the development of Sea-Lion in the past 50 years. Leyu agricultural machinery repair factory, the predecessor of Sea-Lion, was established in 1969. In 1980, Sea-lion saw the market opportunity and developed the country's first automatic industrial washer extractor, which filled in the domestic blank and laid the foundation for the establishment of industrial washing industry. At the end of the 1980s, Sea-Lion products have become the designated laundry machines for Central Logistics Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the Asian Games and other central units. In 1993, Sea-Lion learned the lifeblood of the washing industry, and established joint ventures of manufacturing companies with Thailand, Malaysia, Germany, etc, and laid the foundation for the future global strategic layout. It established 43 branches throughout China. In 2010, Sea-Lion developed the first tunnel washer system in China, which filled the gap of large domestic high-end integrated laundry equipment. Sea-Lion is the first in the industry to transform and upgrade its industry. From washing to finishing equipment, the entire industry chain has developed, and the industry involves various fields. At the same time, it co-developed the world's first ultra-energy-saving fine particle washing equipment with Xeros company, creating a new washing mode.
Today, Sea-lion has become an important production base for industrial laundry equipment in China, with its annual production capacity of 12,000 sets and total assets of 620 million RMB. Sea-lion has twelve product series, over 30 varieties and more than 100 specifications. Sea-lion has applied for over 500 patents and successively obtained more than 150 national patents and nearly 200 honorary titles, with the number of patented technologies taking the first place in the industry. It participated in the formulation of 4 national standards and 1 industry standard. Sea-lion products have been exported to more than 90 countries and regions such as the United States, Britain, Germany, France, Russia, Japan, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Brazil, etc. What is encouraging is that Sea-lion products have been adopted by more than 19,000 foreign-related hotels, restaurants, railways, hospitals, aviation, ships, pharmaceuticals, textiles, chemicals, food, universities and social washing and dyeing industries such as Zhongnanhai, the Great Hall of the People, the Central Military Commission, the National Drug Group, Marriott Hotel Group, Shanghai Jinmao Hyatt Hotel, etc. After the special report meeting, Sea-Lion hosted a large-scale and passionate show, bringing a visual feast to the guests who participated in the celebration!
